What you need to know...
Founded in 2012 & still going strong!
If you have visited us over the past 7 years, you will already know that we are much more than just a beer festival. We are family friendly with something for everyone. Amazing live music, live sport, huge beer selection, Gin, Pimms, Bubbles and a cocktail bar with DJ’s. There’s a lot going on every day with entertainment for the children on Saturday and Sunday during the day, a silent disco on Friday and Saturday evenings, plus of course the incredible talent on show on our main stage and second stage throughout the event.
Our selected food vendors cater for every taste and we always ensure that alongside the burgers and fish and chips we have a large array of creatively different street traders for you to select from.
We will have over 20 music acts on two separate stages featuring some great local talent as well as top professional acts. We will be making regular announcements, so follow #OXBF19 to see the line up as it comes together.
Don’t forget that we do this to raise funds for good local
charitable causes. The Oxted Beer festival is run as a not for profit event
of the proceeds are donated to local good causes
The festival operates a festival currency called Stillings. On entry to the site you should proceed to the Beero de Change where you can purchase Stillings by card or cash. We prefer card transactions and this is more secure for you and the festival. We do accept contactless payments.
None of the bars or vendors on site will accept any form of currency except Stillings, so it is important that you obtain your festival currency before joining any queue.
At busy times we will be selling Stillings in in the entry queue to avoid you having to queue again. We will only accept card payments in the entry queue due to the personal risks of having large amounts of cash on our volunteers.
We prefer card payments, so please try and pay by card if you can.
Please note: once purchased, Stillings CAN'T be refunded or changed back for sterling. Please only purchase the amount you require. Thank you.

Arrival and Car Parking
On arrival to the festival you need to enter via the main gate (on the memorial side of Master Park) Our friendly security will undertake a standard security check which will include bag searches, so please be prepared.
Once through the security check our entry staff will scan your ticket and issue you with the appropriate wristband. You must be wearing your wristband at all times whilst you are in the festival site.
There is no car parking on site. Please find alternative ways to arrive to the festival and be conscious of our neighbours on arrival and departure. The festival is a short walk from Oxted train station.
Please purchase your tickets online in advance. Tickets purchased at the event (if available) will cost more than if you purchased them online.
Tickets are released in phases and each phase of tickets will be more expensive than the last, so the earlier you book the cheaper they will be.
Early Bird Ticket sales will start on 01 November 2018 with a very limited number of these types tickets available. The first phase of general release tickets will go on sale on 29 November 2018.
You may leave and return to the Festival with your wristband, however each time you leave you will have to undergo a security check on re-admittance to the festival site.
Even with a wristband, there is no entry or readmittance after 9pm.
You will be issued the appropriate wristband on entry. This is either valid for the whole weekend (Weekend tickets only) or for the day in question.
If you have a weekend pass, then you will be issued a weekend wristband. This is valid for the whole weekend and should not be removed from your wrist as you will need it to gain re-entry.
Broken, damaged or wristbands that appear to be in any way tampered with will be refused re-entry. You must be wearing a valid wristband at all times when you are on the festival site.
We operate a “zero tolerance” policy towards any drugs or underage drinking at the festival and follow the principals of a Challenge 25 policy. You will need to be ID checked by one of our security team (at the entrance) or at the Info Point in order to be served alcohol if you are lucky enough to look under 25. It takes only thirty seconds to get ID checked, so please, if you are in any doubt, get checked, wear the band and then you won’t be turned away from the bars.
